Administrative Coordinator: The Young Adult Ministry's administrative coordinator helps ensure all the administrative and organizational components are happening. From visitor follow-up, purchasing, and event planning, this person has a “make-it-happen” attitude. The requirements are being proficient in Microsoft Word Suite and the ability to learn Planning Center Online. This is 4-6 hours a week during the Monday-Thursday work week commitment. The commitment is for ten months (school year).

Young Adult Leader: A Young Adult Leader is an important aspect of a college student/young adult’s life. Through a life-on-life discipleship, Young Adult Leaders should be able to spiritually mentor, facilitate discussion among, and enjoy spending time with college students/young adults. Young Adult leaders attend weekly small group meetings by going through either Bible or devotional-type books with young adults. Young Adult Leaders also attend monthly Vibe Night meetings where all young adults worship together with a small message and hangout to follow. Additional time is required outside of weekly meetings and monthly meetings (hangouts, one on one meetings, or other young adult events). Young Adult Leaders must be approved by the Young Adults Pastor.
